Royal Palm Hearing Aid Center

In 1984, Mel and Sondra and their two daughters, Elissa and Adina, moved to Boca Raton, Florida, where they opened two professional audiology/hearing aid offices. When the Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) degree was offered, Mel once again began his study toward that degree. In 2003, he received a Professional Leadership Award in recognition of his "perseverance and strength as a pioneer in hearing aid dispensing by audiologists, as well as continued, joyful dedication to leading the audiology profession to new horizons."
